It is SOOOoooo irritating when a computer is flashing “error error error” at you, demanding a 64 character password that you aren’t even sure you can copy correctly onto a piece of paper to remember for later!  Oy.

So when you sign up for an account on Poutastic.com, you might get a little irritated……. because we demand strong passwords.  The reason  is that we must collect personal information that will allow us to process your order and mail out your product; information you don’t need or want anyone else to have. And strong passwords help us do that.

Here are some tips to avoid a 64 character nightmare:

1. Start with a letter, then add a number, or vis versa – a letter followed by a number;
2. Then switch again and switch one more time before you end.  number(s), letter(s), number(s), letter(s), OR letter(s), numbers(s), letter(s), number(s)
3.  Include a mix of capitals and lower case

Example:  3B4doggie2

So if you’re frustrated just simply add a capital letter and a number on the end of the password you want and it should work.  And if you have problems, LET ME KNOW. I’ll help you out.
